Since 2003, Landmark Business Services has been providing management services to professional and trade associations.

Services include custom management solutions to make associations and their volunteer leadership productive and prosperous. We focus on each association’s needs and customize our services to best meet their needs. Our professional team is committed to the overall success and development of membership, events and education for each association’s industry and the members it serves. Our priorities are to leverage your strengths, amplify your member value and focus on opportunities for growth.

Stacey Miller

Stacey Miller has more than 16 years of association management and membership development experience. When she founded Landmark Business Services in 2003 she envisioned an all-inclusive management solution for executive and trade associations that would allow like-minded professionals to network, grow their businesses and ultimately demonstrate their leadership passion within their community.

 

As the President of Landmark Business Services, Stacey leads all aspects of the business, including strategy, association organization, delivery of services, membership development, thought leadership, financial management as well as creative event execution, including hybrid and virtual solutions.

Jen Sherry

Jen Sherry is a Washington DC native who started her career in the federal government after graduating from Towson University in Baltimore. She served at the highest levels of the Department of Defense and later the Department of Commerce where she followed her passion for making maps. Ultimately, she moved to the South Florida where she raised her family while working as a contractor for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Jen eventually left the federal government to concentrate on her family. As her four children grew, she began to explore other opportunities and found herself working for several area construction companies in various positions. Always striving for sense of balance, she utilized her skills and talents in becoming a member of the Landmark Team. As a member of the Landmark Team, Jen manages several clients engaging in daily operations, supporting members, strategic planning, communications, and so much more.

Lani Clyatt

With more than 12 years of experience serving associations, Lani manages larger scale association events such as multi-day trade shows and conferences. Lani also coordinates the execution of association fundraising events such as golf tournaments, casino nights, galas and induction of Board of Directors & Officers. These events bring together communities of like-minded people within their trades and provide opportunities for members to network, promote their businesses and raise awareness for local philanthropic endeavors.

Caressa Gonzalez

Caressa Gonzalez is a Palm Beach native and a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Public Relations. She started her career in events and planning for the school’s office of the president. What followed was 12 years of experience in corporate marketing for companies such as McDonald’s and Nissan. Recently, she took over management of a local business in Lake Worth Beach, FL, a retail resource for awards, recognition and personalized gift items. With her many years of admin and event management knowledge, her abilities afford the incredible opportunity to work for the Landmark team servicing the Executives’ Association of Palm Beach as their Executive Director, and additional projects for the group.

Elizabeth (Lyzz) Taylor 

Lyzz is an Iowa native, who after completing two years at the University of Iowa, found herself pursuing warmer weather and palm trees in sunny Orlando, FL. While finishing up her degree at the University of Central Florida, she was working her way up the hospitality business ladder for Outback Steakhouse. She completed administrative and managerial tasks as well as working on the store-opening team for several new locations. Upon completion of her degree, she accepted a coordinator position for the Central Florida YMCA. Eventually, Lyzz stepped away from the work field to start a family and raise her five children. However, along with the responsibilities of being a mom, she became eager for new and diverse challenges in furthering her personal growth and development. She now represents Landmark Services as Chapter Administrator for CREW Orlando, where she assists and supports administrative tasks necessary for upholding their high standards and continued success.

Keitha Glace

For more than 25 years Keitha has played in the digital space. From building her own web and marketing agency with just one client to serving over 700+ clients personally from all different backgrounds and industries globally.  Keitha's passion lies with helping entrepreneurs and businesses succeed online.  By using her design and business consultancy background, she brings a unique approach to every project and situation, always leading with value first.   But that is still not enough. She ensures that clients are empowered to confidently thrive beyond their web presence and grow a profitable business and achieve financial success.
